The small print!
For stays of two nights or more, we are happy to reduce the rate by $10 for AAA or AARP members (excluding holiday periods). Blue Jay, Cardinal and Grosbeak will take an extra rollaway bed (by prior arrangement). The Nuthatch main room has a sofa bed. The Nuthatch annexe has a day bed. Goldfinch is a two room suite with a King bed in one room and a day bed and trundle in the sitting room which can accommodate an additional two people. Please add $25 per person per night over double occupancy. Generally, weekend and holiday bookings are a minimum of two nights, (Friday & Saturday). Children - due to our layout, we're not easily able to accommodate children under twelve. Rates quoted are in US$ and are subject to 9% state tax and a 4% local community sponsorship surcharge. Due to our ongoing refurbishment program, published room rates and facilities are subject to variation. Cancellation Policy: Any deposits taken are refundable (less a $25 processing charge) provided notice of cancellation is received at least 21 days prior to the date of arrival. Cancellations received between 21 and 2 days will be subject to a charge equivalent to the value of the first night's stay unless the room can be re-sold for the entire period reserved. Cancellations received within 48 hours - or failure to arrive at all - will be subject to a charge equivalent to the entire stay. Guests are responsible for all nights reserved. Rooms held against credit cards will be subject to that credit card's guarantee reservation program. A 30-day cancellation notice is required over foliage and holiday periods and for groups booking three or more rooms. If cancellation is received after this time, the deposit will only be returned if we are able re-book your room. Same-day cancellations, early departures and no-shows are responsible for the entire amount of the stay.
